Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

Central Development Coaching (CDC) offers group coaching sessions, sports camps, and individual coaching for various racket sports. While our primary focus is on squash, we may expand into other sports such as padel and tennis in the future.

2. Enrolment and Registration

To enrol in CDC coaching programs, players must create an account on our website. Account holders can add individual players under their account, and payments can be conveniently made through the website. All ages and abilities are welcome.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees for coaching sessions are outlined in the booking system and are relevant to the specific program. Payments are processed through Gocardless on our website. Refunds will only be issued if sessions are canceled, and this is unlikely except in cases of coach unavailability. For 1-2-1 coaching, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, full payment is required.

4. Schedule and Attendance

The coaching schedule is clearly outlined in the booking system for all three clubs affiliated with CDC.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants, including players and parents or guardians, are expected to maintain good sportsmanship and adhere to club policies and rules. Respect for coaches, fellow players, and the facilities is paramount.

6. Liability and Insurance

All CDC coaches are insured and qualified through Scottish Squash. They maintain valid child protection, PVG, and other required qualifications to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

7. Termination and Refunds

CDC reserves the right to terminate a participant from the program under certain conditions. Refunds will be issued only in the case of session cancellations, as outlined in section 3.
